Contact us as early as possible with your date to avoid disappointment.
We will send you the necessary form to be completed
These must be returned with the non returnable deposit
before a booking can be secured.
All Bookings are on a First Deposit Secures Date Basis

PAYMENT
We require a minimum non returnable deposit of £150 to confirm your booking.
If the booking is less than 30 days away we will require full payment
immediately to confirm your booking.

Cheques (payable to D Hufford) or
Secure online card payments will be accepted and must clear before event can take place.
The balance is required 30 days prior to the event, this is non returnable if for any reason the event does not take place.
